How We Made Thekuas
Prepared the same way it has been for generations - slow, careful, and without shortcuts

Whole wheat flour, pure desi ghee, natural jaggery, dry coconut, dates, and fennel - nothing more, nothing artificial
2. Handcrafted Dough
Ingredients are mixed and shaped by hand in small batches, following traditional home-style methods
3. Slow Cooked
Each piece is carefully cooked to achieve a crisp texture and rich aroma, just like homemade thekua
4. Freshly Packed
Once cooled, thekua is hygienically packed in airtight pouches to lock in freshness without preservatives.
